ToolWorkTap is built on trust between neighbors. These rules apply to all listings, profiles, jobs, and messages.
Do
- Be honest in your listings — accurate condition, photos, and pricing.
- Communicate respectfully with neighbors and pros.
- Honor agreements you make about pickups, jobs, and deposits.
- Report content or behavior that violates these rules.
Don't
- Post spam, duplicate listings, or off-platform contact funnels.
- Scam, defraud, or misrepresent yourself or items.
- List dangerous, illegal, or restricted items.
- Harass, threaten, or use hateful or offensive language.
- Solicit sensitive info like passwords, IDs, or banking credentials.
- Discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or other protected traits.
Enforcement
